Simply School Websites is a service provided by an independent education consultancy based in Lincolnshire and specialising in supporting schools across the UK to use ICT to impact positively on learning, teaching and community involvement.

We offers schools a unique combination of educational and technical expertise, acquired over a period of 30 years.  A lot of time is spent in schools working with teachers and support staff, helping them to make best use of their investments in digital learning resources such as Espresso, developing visual/digital literacy skills using a variety of  media and hardware and, of course, their Simply School Website.  Strategic consultancy advice is also provided to Headteachers and Governorsregarding maximising ICT provision and its potential benefit to the whole school community.

We therefore have an excellent knowledge and appreciation of all the issues that schools face when making decisions relating to ICT, from security/pupil safety to a budget that is never enough!

Chris Flanagan, the founder of Simply School Websites, has worked on ICT/WWW related projects in the UK with BECTa, TTA, GTC, TeacherNET UK and several universities.  His design for the website for Sutton-on-Sea Community Primary School won the prestigious international Microsoft Road Ahead Prize and set the standard for primary school website design that we take for granted today.

We treat each of our client schools as special individual institutions and take great care to ensure that they are totally happy with every aspect of our service.  We will be pleased to put you in touch with any of our client schools.  Being independent also means being personal.  Unlike many larger companies that offer school website systems we don't just operate from 9 to 5.  You are as likely to receive a response to an email query at 8pm on a Sunday evening as you are at 3pm om a Monday when you are working on a part of your website and need some help.
