website-maintenance We offer a number of options for ongoing maintenance and support after the first year. The range allows schools to choose a level of support that fits well with the amount of expertise available to them in-house and the budget available.

Bronze Package - £90pa

Hosting on reliable, fast web server for 12 months
Daily backups of your website files and database, stored in two separate locations.
Support extends to ensuring your school website remains accessible on the Internet
Other support on PAYG basis, charged by the hour or part thereof. Minimum charge £20 per incident

Silver Package - £275pa

Hosting on reliable, fast web server for 12 months
Daily backups of your website files and database, stored in two separate locations.
Annual website 'health check'
Unlimited email, telephone & remote support

Gold Package - £375pa

Hosting on reliable, fast web server for 12 months
Daily backups of your website files and database, stored in two separate locations.
Annual website 'health check'
Installation of software upgrades as soon as they are made available
Unlimited email, telephone & remote support
Management of content - addition, deletion, amendment of content, text, images (if supplied pre-optimised) supplied electronically. Note this does not extend to teacher / pupil pages. Maximum 5 day turn round

Platinum Package - £425pa

Hosting on reliable, fast web server for 12 months
Daily backups of your website files and database, stored in two separate locations.
Annual website 'health check'
Installation of software upgrades as soon as they are made available
Unlimited email, telephone & remote support
Free renewal of .org.uk or .co.uk domain every 2 years
Management of content - addition, deletion, amendment of content, text, images (including optimisation if necessary) supplied electronically. Note this does not extend to teacher / pupil pages. Maximum 48 hour turn round
