Remote Support
We are able to support you remotely wherever your school may be situated. To do this we use some secure screen sharing software that takes just a few minutes to install and configure. We are then able to view your computer screen (PC or MAC) and guide you through a situation. If necessary we can take remote control of your mouse and keyboard and demonstrate things to you.
A couple of half hour sessions like this are all that most schools need to get them going with managing their new website themselves.
Additionally we can, of course, access your school website remotely and carry out any trouble shooting, maintenance, tweaking as necessary. Unlimited remote support is available as part of our Silver, Gold and Platinum maintenance plans.
